How to move past writer's block without creating a new routine
I used to do pushups whenever I open up a word doc.
Gave me energy to start writing.
Then I realized that there's a simpler way.
Now, I go:
"A quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog."
Yes, those are for learning how to type on a keyboard.
Useless but those are words on the pad.
Since I'm already typing, just keep typing.
Check the research I did.
Start bullet points.
Then subheadings.
Before you know it, 33 minutes have gone by.
I've written my first draft.
It's not magic.
It's the power of momentum.
Inspiration creates action.
But action also creates inspiration.
