Running out of content ideas?
This Q from Quora asks:
How do you continue writing if you run out of ideas when you're blogging or creating content on social media?
When I run out of things to say, I stop trying to come up with new ideas and just look for questions people are actually asking.
Every topic has a cycle of questions. A total beginner is going to have completely different frustrations than someone who has been doing this for five or ten years.
If you look at your own experience, you probably have answers for both groups. It’s a lot harder to get stuck when you’re just trying to be helpful.
You can find these questions pretty much anywhere people hang out online:
- Check out specific subreddits or Quora spaces related to what you do.
- Look at the comments sections on popular posts.
- Just type a basic topic into a search bar and see what the people also ask section says.
If you focus on answering a real person's question, you'll probably never run out of new ideas.
