𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 '𝗔𝗹𝗴𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗺'?
I've been posting on socials for a while now.
And this is what I see in all of these feeds:
“𝘍𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘧𝘪𝘨𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘛𝘶𝘣𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘨𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘮”
“𝘔𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘛𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘨𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘮 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶”
“𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘨𝘶𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘧𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘵𝘩 𝘰𝘯 𝘓𝘪𝘯𝘬𝘦𝘥𝘐𝘯”
We love shortcuts.
We want results now.
But chasing speed blindly is dangerous.
When you obsess over "hacking" growth, you develop blind spots to the things that actually matter.
• 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁: You miss the basketball games and recitals. You are physically present at holiday dinners, but mentally absent.
• 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁: You miss the cracks in the foundation. The numbers look good on a spreadsheet, but you ignore the burnout and sloppy execution happening behind the scenes.
Real growth isn't a hack. It’s a harvest.
Farmers don't try to trick the crops into growing faster.
They plant. They tend to the soil. They wait.
Stop trying to outsmart the system.
If you want more followers, just be someone worth following.
Here's some of my stats across different platforms so far, if you're interested.
I don't have any stats for Threads since I don't have 100 followers yet. Will share once I have data.
