Two habits that made the difference

A Q from Quora asks:

What's a small, consistent habit that has made the biggest difference in your blogging consistency?

Stopping the fight with imposter syndrome.

For a long time, I told myself:

Someone else is more successful. Someone else has more data. Someone else is the real expert here.

I still hear that voice.

But now, I have a habit that silences it.

I remind myself: This isn't about me.

It’s about being helpful.

It’s about reaching the person who is just two steps behind where I am now.

What feels simple to me is often the exact solution someone else is searching for.

“This isn’t about me” is a powerful mantra.

It removes the spotlight.

It kills the need to perform or feed my ego.

It just lets me show up.

Combined with the Pomodoro technique (25 minutes of focus, 5 minutes of chill) is how I stay consistent.
