What kind of content can I monetize?
Lots of different types of content, tbh. It really comes down to where you’re posting and how you want to get paid.
Text-Based: Blogs (ads, affiliate links, or selling your own digital products) and X/Twitter (premium subscribers and brand deals).
Video: This is the most common. You can monetize via ads on practically every platform (YouTube, TikTok, Reels), but also through "tipping" features like Super Thanks (YouTube), Gifts/Diamonds (TikTok), or Stars (Facebook).
Audio & Art: Podcasts are huge for sponsorships, while custom images and digital artwork can be sold directly or via commissions.
If you want to go deeper, you can move away from platform-dependent ads and sell your own products or offer private memberships.
What you monetize depends on three things: the content you produce, the platform you’re on, and which strategy fits your authority the most.
